There is a little speaker in the upper right corner of the page you can click, or there is a big block at the end of the article as well with links. OGG support for windows media player can be found <a href="http://www.vorbis.com/setup_windows/">here</a>. Wikipedia provides a Java way to listen <a href="http://tools.wikimedia.de/~gmaxwell/jorbis/JOrbisPlayer.php?path=en-wikivoice-okso-20070417.ogg&wiki=en">here</a>.
